    In 2006 May , with the introduction of T-Rex 600, Align has successfully entered the mid to large RC helicopter arena. The use of 6 cells lipo battery has broke the 10-cells lipo battery norm commonly deployed for helicopter of this size. Furthermore, it reduced the cost of battery and made larger electric helicopters affordable. The success of T-Rex 600 further expanded Align’s brand awareness around the world.

    In 2005 October , after numerous RC flying competition events, Align recognized the need for a dedicated flying site to better accommodate future events. Therefore, Align invested millions in the construction of Align flying field in Dong Shi, Taiwan. The field was constructed per international competition specifications, with thoughtful amenities and spectacular views. To show its appreciation, Align opened the field to the public, free of charge.
