My name is Duncan Osbourn I started flying model helicopters in 2000 when I was 12, after passing one on display in a shop window whilst on holiday. I entered my first competition, the 3D Masters Sportsmans Class, 2 years later. After winning the 3D Masters Masters class in 2005 I was asked to join the Align Team, and have been flying their models in various respects ever since.

I studied music at university, and enjoy playing the piano when not out practicing for the next flying contest. Ever since I first began competitions, the flight to music rounds have always been my favorite. Over the years I have always tried to invent new and exciting flying manoeuvres inspired by the music I listen to.
