This morning I got the notice from counter at company that there is a big package for me. I just though what is this. WOW, it is the latest T-REX 700X.
The most impressive is that this T-REX 700X is composite material side plates engineered by exclusive embedding technology and it is utilized with DFC main shaft and EFL flybarless rotor head system. I still remember how touch I am when my T-REX 700E DFC first time took-off. Its excellent floating power, the suitable drive gear ratio1:8.46:4.73 make it lock precisely. And the feeling of pulling is softer and movement is faster than 450 series.

I think the 700 series structure design is stable, easy to fly and maintain. I thought T-REX 700L is very good. However, Align make new innovation, intergrade with all past update and even upgrade moto to 850MX/490KV motor which is highly efficient with superior power, excellent torque, low current draw, and is the most advanced motor approved by World RC Champions.

I used to prepare some upgrade parts before assembly, however, I don’t need this time. T-RX 700X is already featured with super power and equipped with DS820M/DS825M high voltage brushless servos, high-end Microbeast PLUS, and the brand new composite material side plates engineered by exclusive embedding technology and it is utilized with DFC main shaft and EFL flybarless rotor head system. So we just need to start to assembly this perfect 700X without any upgrade to save money! How sweet Align is!!

So before we start to assemble this unexceptionable T-REX 700X, we need to appreciate each piece of spare parts which like a work of art to experience how Align working hard on every design detail. The box is different from T-REX 700E DFC, T-REX 700X box is minimalism style. This simple pack make it like a style of low profile and luxurious, but there is a beast-like power inside.

Today what I receive is T-REX 700X Super Combo, which has a clear mark on box seals. When I picked up the blade and gently cut it remind me of four years ago that my first time to assemble 700E DECK, it really touch my heart again.
Open the box, you will see the canopy box first and the top right is electric device which included RCE-BL130A ESC, 850MX/490KV motor and DS820M/850M brushless servo. The bottom right corner is Microbeast PLUS Flybarless System and main rotor head set and parts.

No matter color or line can show it comes from the pure blood Align T-REX and its color make you unable to look away.

What inside the canopy is…..

Two-stage main frame and the upper narrow design are the biggest bright spot of T-REX 700X. I really look forward to seeing how its flight performance.

It turned out that the secret of the two-stage main frame is inside which use embedded technology to embed a screw nut in it.

And the elevator servo mount switch to metal screw nut to fix, which is more durable, stable and easy to maintain than composite material.

I just notice that it is EFL Flybarless Rotor Head System, but the main shaft is DFC. I am excited about flying and feeling EFL rotor head system’s high responsiveness and DFC main shaft’s precision.

It is no need to explain how great the EFL Flybarless Rotor Head System is. It really like an artwork. And as a red and black enthusiast, the shear type adopted arm is red anodized is excellent!

The upper body is narrow design, so its main shaft bearing block is narrower. The same as previous version, T-REX 700X is three main shaft bearing block design, but I just take out two pieces. And this red reinforcement plate and brace feature with heat dissipation and aesthetics. What a beautiful design.

Highly enhance structural strength, effectively increase the torsional capability.

Electric equipment

T-REX 700X Super Combo equips with 850MX/490KV brushless motor which has beast-like power! WOW! High texture red make me crazy again!

The high-end Microbeast PLUS 6-axis gyro which is a standard equipment. I have already experienced its precise and delicate response control feeling!

Besides the beast-like power, fast and accurate gyro, the super brake is very important. Of course, it is DS820M/DS850M, 23kg-cm/0.055s and 12.5kg-cm/0.028s powerful braking force which can dominate this monster. And the red and black color of DS820M completely catch me again.

If there is no enough power supply, even it has beast-like power 850MX/490KV motor, fast and accurate Microbeast PLUS, and the powerful braking force DS820M/DS850M brushless servos which is still useless. Therefore, this RCE-BL130A ESC which I have already experienced its power on my 700E FBL is a best choice for 700X power supply with its endless power supply and superior governor.
