Notes:
1.Please remove the motor signal wire before update the APS-M to protect the machine.
2. Both APS-M and Gimbal need to update to the V2.0.
3. APS-M V2.0 firmware have to work with APS-M V2.0 Interface Software.
4. Gimbal V2.0 firmware have to work with Gimbal V2.0 Interface Software.
5. After updating APS-M V2.0, please check and review all the setup, then re-perform magnetometer calibration again before start a flight.
APS-M V2.0 Update Feature
- Added gimbal trigger control for photo/video in single RC transmitter mode.
- Added gimbal return to center function in single RC transmitter mode.
- Added gimbal panoramic photo function in single RC transmitter mode.
- Added control for gimbal roll axis in single RC transmitter mode.
- For single RC transmitter operation, channel 9 ~ 14 can be user configured to control gimbal functions (pan, tilt, roll, shutter trigger, return to center, panoramic photo).
- Added Spektrum DSM2 satellite receiver support for up to 18 channels.
- Support for Graupner receivers.
- Support for i.BUS receiver system.
- Bluetooth passcode can be set through smartphone app.
- Selectable automatic return home heading (nose in or tail in).
- PCU hibernation setting now defaults to OFF.
- Added reset to factory default values function in interface program.
- Softening of breaking action during flight to increase gimbal stability during filming.
- Increased Automatic Return Home altitude to 10M, reduced flight speed to 3M, and softened descending rate.
- Added PCU voltage calibration function.
- Added no flight zone (Beijing)
- Prevent activation of low voltage and loss of control automatic return home failsafe within 20M radius from home point.
- Default low voltage threshold has been reduced to: 1st stage 3.625v, 2nd stage 3.60V.
- Low voltage failsafe setting value has been adjusted.
- Prevents switching into manual mode during automatic return home. System will force into GPS mode to prevent pilot from losing control in manual mode.
Gimbal V2.0 Update Feature
- Added return to center function.
- Added panoramic photo function.
- For gimbal control with single RC transmitter of 8 channels or more, with enough channels available from the RC transmitter, each of the function can be configured to channel 9~14 through APS-M program interface: pan, tilt, roll, shutter trigger, return to center, panoramic photo.
- Consolidated gimbal parameter adjustment method. Pilot only need to adjust the P gain, D gain, and Power for Tilt axis. Adjustments for Pan and Roll are rolled into advanced settings which does not need adjustment for basic function.
- Support for Graupner receivers.
- Program interface automatically recognizes G2/G3 gimbal type without manual selection.
- Added reset to factory default values function in interface program.
- Added gimbal offset adjustment for all 3 axis.
- Supports hand held gimbal use.
- Enabled manual control for follow mode.
- Tilt travel angle can be adjusted through program interface (90 to 120 degrees).
