Terms of Use

By using ALIGN website, users and/or visitors accept these terms and conditions in full.  If users and/or visitors disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use ALIGN website.  If users and/or visitors register with ALIGN website or buy any product or service from ALIGN website, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.  Any non-legally authorized to use ALIGN website may enable you to be stricken criminal behavior prosecution or penalty sanctions.

Agreement

By using ALIGN website, users and/or visitors agree and obey that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in ALIGN website disclaimer are reasonable, and the content on ALIGN websites is protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws.  All Site Content and/or subject to the copyright of its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensors.  All rights reserved. 

Variation

ALIGN reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to ALIGN website, or stored on ALIGN servers, or hosted or published upon ALIGN website, may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of ALIGN website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on ALIGN website.  Also ALIGN may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with ALIGN rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying or obtaining users and/or visitors consent.

Acceptable Use/Condition of Use

“ Main Server/Site Content ” means the layout and appearance/look and feel of ALIGN websites, as well as any data, hardware/software, text, information, documents, statements, images, photographs, designs and other material and content, and graphics, interactive features, video and audio, if any, displayed and/or used on or in connection with ALIGN websites.  “ Main Server/Site Content ” all belongs to ALIGN property, users and/or visitors should comply with below conditions and rules:

  1. Users and/or visitors warrant that you will not provide any submission that (i) infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party; (ii) violates any law or regulation; (iii) advocates, promotes or furthers illegal activity; (iv) transmits “spam,” “chain letters” or “junk mail;” (v) violates a contract or duty of confidentiality or loyalty; (vi) contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program that functions to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of ALIGN websites or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or (vii) is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene or pornographic or invades privacy.

  2. ALIGN website contents, including company logo, trademarks, service marks and all other intellectual property all belong to the "ALIGN" property.  Users and/or visitors warrant not to: (a) republish material from ALIGN website (including republication on another website); (b) sell, rent or sub-license material from ALIGN website; (c) show any material from ALIGN website in public; (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on ALIGN website for a commercial purpose; (e) edit or otherwise modify any material on ALIGN website; or (f) redistribute material from ALIGN website, except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter).

  3. Users and/or visitors warrant not use ALIGN website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to ALIGN website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of ALIGN website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

  4. Users and/or visitors have no control over ALIGN website contents and/or information.  You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from ALIGN website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions of use.

  5. Users and/or visitors warrant not use ALIGN website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

Website Disclaimer

Certain links in ALIGN website may lead to resources or information maintained by third parties over whom ALIGN has/we have no control.  ALIGN makes/We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of, or any other aspect relating to those resources.

Breach of contract

If users and/or visitors violate the terms of use or other relevant copyright law, civil law, criminal law, which causing loss to ALIGN or any other third parties, ALIGN/we will take legal action and request for reasonable compensation.

Law and Jurisdiction

This disclaimer notice shall be interpreted and governed by Republic of China (R.O.C.) law, and any disputes in relation to it are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taichung District Court in Republic of China (R.O.C.).
